My Vibe Reel Terms of Use

Effective September 27, 2026.

The invited beta

These terms govern your use of the My Vibe Reel beta provided by Crystal Clear Solutions ("CCS", "we", "us"). By using the service after these terms take effect, you agree to them. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions may be sent to support@crystal-clear-solutions.com with the subject “My Vibe Reel support.” Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

The beta is for invited adults aged 18 or older. A TestFlight or other installation link does not itself authorize an app account. Use only an account you are authorized to access. Provide accurate registration information, choose a username that does not impersonate someone else, keep your credentials private and tell us about suspected compromise. Do not sell, transfer or share access to bypass the invitation process.

Beta limitations

Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed or withdrawn. Uploading a video does not guarantee successful processing or publication. Keep your own copy of content you need. Live broadcasting, direct messaging and standalone image posting are not enabled in this beta. Do not rely on My Vibe Reel for emergency communication or essential storage. These terms do not authorize charges or create a paid subscription.

Planned paid membership

CCS plans monthly subscriptions with reduced advertising. These are future plans, not features or charges activated by these beta terms. Before paid membership launches, we will disclose the price, billing period, automatic renewal, cancellation, refund terms and included features, and obtain any required purchase agreement. “Private” refers to paid membership; it does not mean public posts or video links are confidential. Reduced advertising is not a promise of an advertisement-free service or a specified advertising frequency.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CCS a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, transcode, display and deliver that content as needed to operate the service and implement your sharing choices. This includes using service providers for those purposes; it does not transfer ownership of your work to CCS.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your content, including music, images, recordings and the personal information or likeness of others. Do not publish content you lack permission to share. Public video links can be viewed outside the signed-in app and may be copied by others. Do not use unavailable privacy controls as a promise of confidentiality.

The operating license ends when your content is removed from our active service, except as necessary for backup handling, lawful retention or completing removal. It does not require us to retrieve copies independently made by other people. See the Privacy Policy for deletion limitations.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• Share child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, threats, harassment, hate-based abuse or material encouraging violence.
• Publish nonconsensual intimate content, doxxing, fraud, scams or other unlawful material.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, or impersonate another person or organization.
• Distribute malware, spam or deceptive links; manipulate engagement; or interfere with other users.
• Bypass authentication, invitations, access controls or moderation; access another person's account or private information; or probe systems without authorization.

Reports and moderation

Use available report and block controls, or contact support with enough information to identify the content or account. For copyright complaints, identify your work, the disputed content and your contact details; do not include unnecessary sensitive information. We may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security risks or legal obligations. You may contact support to request review of a moderation decision. Nothing here guarantees that all content has been reviewed or that a report will result in a particular action.

Ending use and deleting your account

You may stop using the beta at any time and request account deletion through the app or support. We may discontinue the beta or end access when reasonably necessary, including for violations of these terms. Deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions needed to address earlier conduct and rights that survive under law remain applicable after use ends.

Availability and legal rights

The beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We do not require arbitration or waive your statutory consumer rights in these terms.

Third-party distribution platforms and services have their own terms. CCS provides My Vibe Reel; Apple and Google are not responsible for its operation merely because they distribute a build.

Changes and contact

We will publish changes with an effective date and provide additional notice where required. Material new terms apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the service and contact us about your account. Contact: support@crystal-clear-solutions.com.
