My Vibe Reel Privacy Policy
Effective September 27, 2026.
About this policy
My Vibe Reel is an invitation-restricted video-sharing beta operated by Crystal Clear Solutions ("CCS", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the beta, its website and related support. Contact us at support@crystal-clear-solutions.com with the subject “My Vibe Reel privacy.” Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
Information we handle
Account and profile information. We use your email address, authentication identifier, username and profile details you provide to create and manage your account. Firebase Authentication handles email/password sign-in. We maintain an invitation record and a mapping between your authentication identity and your app account. Profile information can include your name, profile image and other details you choose to add.
Content and interactions. We store uploaded videos, descriptions, thumbnails and associated metadata. Processing creates versions suitable for playback. We also handle follows, likes, comments, blocks, reports and account or content deletion requests. Information you provide to support is used to respond to your request.
Technical information. Our service infrastructure processes network information, including IP addresses, and operational information such as request identifiers, routes, timestamps, response status and errors. App requests may contain device identifiers or notification tokens. We use this information to operate the service, deliver supported notifications, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and protect accounts. Notification permissions can be changed in your device settings.
Device permissions and optional location. Camera, microphone and photo-library access support recording or selecting content where those functions are available. You control these permissions through your device. Posting does not require a selected location. When a supported client sends a valid selected location, the service can store its place information and coordinates with the post; absent or invalid coordinates are discarded. Do not select or include location information you do not want associated with your content. Place search is currently unavailable. Optional place-label interfaces may vary by app version. Live broadcasting is unavailable; preparing a place label does not publish a broadcast. No location is required to post a video.
Planned membership and advertising
The current invited beta does not activate a paid subscription. CCS plans to offer monthly paid membership with reduced advertising. “Private membership” describes paid access, not confidential content or an advertisement-free service. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and advertising details will be disclosed before purchase or activation. These plans do not authorize charges now. Advertising providers, targeting and any related data sharing must be disclosed before those practices are introduced; reduced advertising does not mean reduced data collection by itself.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate invited users, provide profiles and video sharing, process and display content, support social interactions, respond to requests, moderate misuse, investigate security incidents and maintain the service. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these purposes may involve providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in a safe and functioning service, complying with legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw permission-based consent through the relevant device setting or by contacting us; doing so does not undo prior lawful processing.
Visibility and sharing
Public profiles, posts and interactions can be visible to other users. Public video links can also be opened without signing into the app. An invitation requirement does not make public videos confidential. Recipients may copy or share content outside our service. Do not upload confidential material or someone else's personal information without appropriate permission. Do not rely on an unavailable privacy control to restrict a post.
We use service providers to operate authentication, hosting, network delivery and supported notifications. The current service uses Google Firebase Authentication, CCS-managed application/database/media infrastructure and Cloudflare for public network delivery. Apple or Google separately handle their distribution and testing services under their own policies. Authorized operators may access information when needed for support, moderation, maintenance or security.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or as reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. If service ownership changes, any transfer of personal information must remain subject to applicable privacy requirements and notice where required.
Live broadcasting, direct messaging and standalone image posting are not enabled services in this beta. Firebase Realtime Database access remains disabled. This policy does not represent those planned services as available.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and content information while needed to provide the service and for necessary security, legal and operational purposes. You can edit supported profile fields and delete your own posts through available app controls. Account deletion can be requested through the app; if a control fails or is unavailable, contact us from the account email address.
Account deletion deactivates access and initiates removal of account content, associated app records and the Firebase identity. Failed cleanup steps may require retries. Limited operational or deletion records and copies in backups may remain after removal from active systems. Backups are not a source of publicly available content. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or from copies other people have made. We will explain applicable retention exceptions when responding to a request.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, and ask about other privacy rights available where you live, including restrictions, objections or portability where applicable. Contact the address above. We may need to verify ownership to protect your information; we will not ask you to email your password. You may also contact your applicable privacy regulator. We will handle requests according to applicable law and explain any lawful limits.
Security and international processing
We use access restrictions and technical safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and report suspected account misuse. Network delivery and service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where laws differ. Applicable safeguards and legal requirements govern such processing.
Age eligibility
My Vibe Reel is for adults aged 18 or older. Do not register or submit information if you are under 18. An explicit age declaration is a self-declaration, not verified proof of age; payment-card possession does not establish eligibility. Report a suspected underage account to support@crystal-clear-solutions.com with the username or profile link and relevant context. Do not email identity documents, passwords or unnecessary personal information. We will review reports and may restrict access while investigating. Confirmed underage accounts are ineligible and will be handled through account removal and applicable deletion requirements, with a support review process for mistaken restrictions.
When adult-declaration recording is available, we store the declaration version, server acceptance time, associated authentication identity and app account, and reported platform and app build. An eligibility rule or client confirmation alone does not mean server enforcement is active for every beta build.
Changes
We will post updated policy text and its effective date on this page. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. New features may require additional disclosures before they become available.
